It’s very often greenish. Very young rhubarb and forced rhubarb is often more pink. Whenever I stew it it looks greenishHaven’t had rhubarb since I was in primary school! Cooking it for the first time the smell brought back a lot of memory’s of my childhood.
Is it supposed to be a greenish colour or more red?
because mine turned out greenish lol.
