I love omelets made like this! My problem is I way overload on veg so it ends up more like veg with a little bit of scrambled egg somewhere haha!

And strawberry madness...you are AMAZING for making this change and im sure given half the chance us minimins lot would be there to bash that women over the head with a big stick if need be!

Today was good, went shopping eariler and brought in more supplys fruits,vegtables meats etc
Planning on making another omelete tommrow so looking forward to that :p

Woke up at around 4pm woops! having went to bed around 7am today its not surprising.
need to get my sleeping pattern sorted out :rolleyes:
Feeling alright body and mind wise but feeling anxoius about tomorrow as its my weigh day the dreaded monday that can make or break the rest of the week lol.

Today was my monday weigh day and am pretty happy with the results.
It came in at 4lb loss so another week gone another four pounds gone! :crazy:

Mood wise has been pretty good nothing on the telly though! might finish another game of thrones chapter but we shall see.
going to run myself a bath with plenty of radox and oils.

LOVE game of thrones, which book are you on? Have you watched the HBO series?

The chicken breast with mushrooms, tomatos and salad looks amazing and so filling for low cal. Mushrooms are my partic fave for something warming, tasty and low c :)
 
Oh my gosh King Joffrey is villlle isn't he? I thought most of the casting was pretty good for the HBO thing although Lysa's son was even more creepy in my imagination! I finished the second book on my holiday earlier this year and I think I will get the next one when I go to Greece in September... although I find it quite weird reading about north of the wall whilst sizzling on a sunbed!
 
Berry haha yes i would actually like to see the third season of game of thrones through out december to connect with the atmosphere in the show.

which is werid because am not technically avoiding fruits from my diet. Oh well can't complain lol

Hey i use test strips got around 100 of them from amazon pretty cheap
Just put a little pee on it when you are not dehydrated and from instantly to 40 seconds it will change a colour and depending on how Deep the purple/pink it will show how far along you are.

Fruit its self won't stop you but the carbs do and since fruit contains natural sugars its got abit of hidden carbs.
Will send a PM as it will proberly explain better than what am typing, Not been to bed yet lol

Not sure what i will have for eat later, need to get some shopping done so proberly will go do that tommrow.

I work in sales, I'm currently on maternity leave though, I go back in January. The fire service is a great profession, I hope you get to do the job you want to do :)
