Haha god help me. Might get some breakfast bars for breakfast while those lot have sausage and bacon lol . Not wastin like 450 on sausage sandwhich so ant worth it

Ye I have thort about it and I know what I’m like il have my snacks they will get dinner and so will I do il just end up eating more if anythin. Hoping to spend few days on beach as the park has direct access so might make baguettes tht day will keep it super low. Reckon baguette will be like 350 so with fillin be like 550 max il be onto a winner there.
Might buy crumpets aswell they seem to fill me for a while which is good

I'd try to make lunches. You go on picnics all the time at home, so know exactly what you can have

God Iv Just had 7 crackers with cheesewas sooo hungry feel right fat pig now . I’m preparing myself incase don’t have any tea
When I’m hungry I have crackers cause fill me up any hardly any cals 245 for crackers then I had 60g cheese which is 250 not bad for 500.l cal lol. Didn’t have any breakfast so was in that pigging out mood lol
Ah yum. I can't have crackers because they are my biggest downfall. I know I wouldn't be able to have a few. I love cheese, so currently I only keep crappy grated cheese in the fridge so I'm not tempted. Cheese and crackers are my weakness, give me them over a massive fat chocolate cake any day!
