😀My calorie counting journey 😀

🤞the way the scales have moved to so far this week I think I can do if. If I get another 1lb off tomorrow il be laughing. It will be amazing to get to target but if I’m a few pounds off I’m not to worried. I’m out on Saturday night so that will Involve wine but il be good all day so shouldn’t be to bad.

Just use your calories for wine and you'll be fine :)

The scales seem to be moving nicely for us both at the minute. I was actually quite surprised this morning that my scales had moved so much but not complaining. I'm getting my hair cut later, so hopefully that will help me get towards my next lb off, lol!!
I can't wait to see how you're doing closer to your holiday. I will definitely still pop on most days to see how you're doing.
 
Haha Iv got my hair booked for sat I said same thing yesterday haha. Every little helps doesn’t it lol.

Didn’t go pub in end friends cancelled. I had a wrap then he’s goin chippy il share a fish with Olivia hopefully won’t be to bad

Ah that's a shame but atleast you didn't have a big dinner by not going. If you've only had a wrap you'll be fine :) I had a chip cob and fishcake last Wednesday and with that and everything else this week still managed to lose.

Funny isn't it how we think about losing a tiny bit extra, even though hair doesn't make you look thinning, lol!
 
Thursday

Not weighing today goin to wait untill tomorrow hopefully be a nice result. Food for today is somethin light at lunch then goin to have steak bake and salad for tea I think with few chips.

We were looking at hot tubs last night . He wants to go Blackpool on Saturday and have a look at the shop. I dunno what to do can see the water and electric bill going up a lot .

I don't blame you not weighing today, like you say it will be a nice surprise.

I'd love a hot tub, we've looked into getting one before but because we go away a lot it wouldn't really be worth it for us. Yes it will make your electric go up a lot, are you on a water meter? If not then it wont matter but if you are, I can't see it using too much once you've filled it initially. It's all the chemicals that are quite expensive. What a good excuse to go to Blackpool, lol. I had my hen party in Blackpool, keep saying I'll go back sometime but haven't got there again yet.
 
Yep we are on a water meter. I think the elec bill each month will cost more than the water. Like u say it’s just the filling isn’t it .
I really don’t know what to do there are some on Costco that come with all chemicals and other extras but makes uv never heard off. Thing is tho Iv never known cosco to sell crap have u ?

There was a programme on tele once about the hot tub shop in Blackpool that’s why he wants to go check it out lol

I've seen them in costco but never really looked at the chemicals that you can get with it.
I remember seeing a hot tub place on one of the relocation shows, I think they were from Leicester but were moving to Blackpool or somewhere and then a while later the show went back to see how they were doing. Is it the same one?

Yes I think it's the same program, they were doing really well.
I went to Costco in Thurmaston the other day and they had one in there on display. They are a bargain really for what they are and with 1000 off :)

Ye good price isn’t it , they have one in derby but dunno which one it is. It’s the san Antonia one Iv seen I would of thort it would be the one on offer they have on show usually do.

I'm not sure which one it is but yes, I would imagine it will be the one on offer.

Wow that's fab, only another 1 to go. Hopefully you'll get that tomorrow. If not it will still only mean 7 for the next 2 weeks. I still reckon you've got a good chance of doing it.

It’s 6 not 7 😂😂😂 Iv got get to 15.9 for my target currently at 16.1 lol so hoping if I shift another by tomorrow it will put me at 5lb for 2 weeks to loose.

Not bothered now just goin to get close to it as I can worse case il be a few off but sure il survive haha .

I’m 6 pounds off loosing 42 pounds 😀also Olivia weighs 2 stone 9lb which is 37lb I’m at 36lb 😂😂😂 she weighs a lot lol
 
Not upto a lot today haven’t moved off sofa yet 😂finding hot tub places to visit tomorrow. The Costco ones are rubbish but the company are in Nottingham so might go there as they have better ones.
 
Wow 38lbs is such a huge amount. Try carrying Olivia around for an hours walk and I'm sure you'll feel it, lol. So only 6lb to go, so I reckon be good and you'll do it but like you say if not, you'll only be a couple of lbs off.

There's a company in Birstol that do hot tubs. They also sell sheds and cabins. You can actually try them before you buy. We went to look a couple of years ago and there was a family in one, lol.
