1 DD and one UP day under my belt

I'm waiting on guy coming to service treadmill.

As soon as he is done, I'm having a boiled egg and toast then bed!,

He was here for ages so I didn't have it. Hubby at footie and kids needed bed.
Including cake I've had 450-which is cake, cup a soup and tin of ww chicken noodle soup! And 2 marshmallows

I've impressed myself.

Well done ! Did you sleep ok or was your tummy grumbling ?

I am at work already and have just had Swiss Bircher with banana so hoping for a healthy not to UP Up day :) scales moved a smidgen today official weigh in will be Saturday x
 
Had a slice of toast eventually -600. Have trainer today at 10, so won't eat til after that.

Think ill count my cals though and aim for 1700

I would say if you are enjoying this way of eating give it time scale blips happen on every diet . I think a month is a decent time to see if it is the one for you.

I am really enjoying it but I know I would get frustrated with a gain . But I have had unexpected gains on every diet :)
 
I'm going to see trainer, tell him and later might mix about with the 5-5 way, see if I can get a plan that's more suitable.

Soooo disappointed. I knows Mondays DD wasn't great but wasn't that bad AND I'm still running. Knew it though :-(

Argh-replied last night but its not here!

Basically it all comes down to calorie counting.ie cals in v exercise/moving.

When I looked at week 1, I was eating less than an average of 1200 cals per day. If I don't keep an eye on my cals I just go overboard.

I've made a schedule for a week to try. Each day includes a 16 hr fast and an 8 hr eating 'window'. 3 days I'm on 800 cals (500 is just too hard for me. I've came up with 800, as its not far off 500 plus my running cals and Johnson does say you can eat them). The other days I can have 1600 cals (one day it's 1000). Overall it's still less than 1200 daily. I can send u a pic if u want to see?

I hope it works for you :) Calorie counting all the time just stresses me so going to just chug along here as although it is super slow I am quite happy with my eating and that is a bit of an issue with me feeling in control and happy with my eating while also being ok with my weight.

Down day today and just got back from a 4.5 mile run

Yes I will. It's not that far removed from JUDDD! And on here there are lots of variations on the theme. Anyways still going for Nov target-want to get to 10.7 for Christmas

Basically I'm DD today too but only eating between midday-8pm and 800 cals.
