Well I'm one week into the challenge, and only 2lbs down. I know it's a decent weight loss, but 12lbs in 3 weeks is looking unlikely! I'll keep trying, but I'm away this weekend so I'm not too optimistic!

well, i have really treid this week, but not weighed in. Get weighed once a month at Drs- i hate getting on the scales and would rather stick to the Drs horribly accurate scales.
Next weigh in 15/03, but can report i managed to get into a pair of jeans that havn't fitted for 2 years this weekend. That has to be a good sign!
