It feels great thanks though still a way to go yet.
It's funny everyone says how fantastic I've done and how I look really slim LOL, yet in reality I am still five stone over weight
If you had never met me or seen my before pics, you'd think he could do with losing a stone or five. I guess seeing my before pics the change is huge, but the reality is I am still vastly over weight.
