Hello, everyone. Stayed the same this week and lost the plot with myself! (even though it's perfectly normal for me to actually gain 3lbs at this time of the month!) So I've decided that I don't have the patience for the slow and steady approach and I've gone back to Cambridge SS for a while until I feel I want to slow the pace down again... I've so much to lose at the moment STS is NOT acceptable, and neither is a regain!
If you don't mind I'll still post my losses here for the rest of the challenge, but if anyone has an objection, please let me know!
