Hi everyone
2lb off for me today Haven't been on for a while things hectic at the min. Hope everyone is doing well xx
4.5lbs off this week..... 5% ticket earned too!
2lbs off for me!!! Yay
Well done everyone!
How's the Cambridge diet been Alipally? Hopefully it was worth the effort for this week's results. 4.5lb off is a great motivator.
Cambridge is hard. I'm not going to hide it, giving up EVERYTHING is hard, but the results are quick, which is what I need right now... This morning saw me fit back into my jeans which was great, even if they are my biggest jeans! No overhang and I can breathe and sit down!
Day 6 today and my daily weigh tells me I've lost another 1.5lb.... So I'm happy to continue for now! WW will be the final 5-10kg and my maintenance plan I feel, but with so much to lose and so little patience, it has to be Cambridge to get me through this as quickly as possible!
That's brill Serena considering your close to goal, are you finding it easy?
I've been to the gym 3 times this week and haven't eaten bread or potato and I've found it quite easy so i'm chuffed about that.
I've not used any AP or WP but i'm out with the girls tonight wetting my babies head so i'm sure they will all get used tonight
1lb off for me this week x

Well done Serena and on holiday as well

Very inspirational considering you don't have much to get off and from other posts it would seem you are on holiday.
I have an all inclusive holiday coming up in September which was booked before I restarted WW. I am desperate for a holiday but am apprehensive about the food and drink.
I am planning to take my little food scales with me so I can measure the proteins out (is that sad??) and as the "sickly" husband is on doctors orders to lose at least 2 stone, he will be less inclined to lead me astray!
