I only have 2 stone left til I get to my goal weight but my plan was to get to 11.10 first which is only 8lb away as this is just in a healthy bmi for me then follow the Cambridge steps to increase my calories (i have the handbook from when i started cambridge before switching over) as I should still lose doing it and it more gradual than the slim and save refeed. I going to start exercising then too, i end up feeling really ill if I exercise at the moment
