Wow 23% is amazing. Sorry I've been AWOL, was ill with migraines last week and weekend was celebrations, more this weekend as its my birthday and a food festival in my town, nightmare for the diet! STS last week :-(

Thank you. Don't think I'll get a loss this week - dreaded * week and it always makes me crave junk food!!

A STS is good, especially with celebrations and being poorly. Migraines are awful!

Ah thanks. Another fail last night, car broke down on the way to the supermarket! Ended up getting fish and chips for tea. Back on track today though. X
 
Struggled yesterday. Just couldn't stop eating * week always does that to me.

Also started the gym and from my scales looks like a small gain. Hoping it's just water retention. X
 
Help! 4 days off for my birthday and I've gained 4lbs! Really need to lose another 17 lbs, any tips for re-motivating?
 
Well today I've had 12 syns which isn't great but at least I'm back on track. I've made sure I've had my 1/3 superfree every meal and 4 pints of water.
 
Right, I joined the club last night, new weigh day, 100% week from now (with night away to contend with!) and good healthy food shop on its way tonight.

Good for you, enjoy tonight. If you go out when on plan what do you do? Stick to spirit and diet or save up syns?
 
Normally if I'm on plan and I'm going on a night out I'd eat all free/superfree during the day and save my syns up for alcohol.

But if I'm going for a quiet meal I'd have free/superfree throughout the day, drink diet coke with lemon & lime in the restaurant and then use my syns for the meal x
