No... It's just what they say on tv on programmes like secret eaters , supersize v super skinny etc 2000 for women, 2500 for men. . I'm sticking to 1500 per day but @ wekend i have alcohol & maybe meal out. It seems to keep me the same weight. I'm done with all steps now. Just finished 1 week of real food without a diet plan. I suppose I'm calorie counting but not strict. I'm having 3 healthy meals a day plus fruit, LF yoghurt & 1 treat ie quavers, special k bar, etc. I've not got the appetite I had before CD & I'm not craving anything at all. It's like I've lot interest in food, I eat when I'm hungry & it's just fuel. Very odd. How are you doing?
