Day 4: lost 1lb despite a stressful week and eating out lots. Total loss 1 stone 5lbs now

No hangover!!! Getting my little girl back with me. Missed her terrible

Day 47... Tuesday
First proper good, veg packed home cooked dinner in bout a week!!!
