Brekkie - cappuccino shake
Lunch - cappuccino shake
Dinner - chinese chicken chow mein, 5 chips, prawn crackers, full fat coke
Snacks - 2 belvita bars
Drinks - black coffee, coke zero, water
Was determined to stick to plan & not go to overboard.
Had planned to go for a chinese, not order a starter & have a healthier main & for the first time in EVER I done it.
Ok might have nabbed a few wee chips off the husbands plate but I am not perfect.
