100lb CHALLENGE

Hey ladies how are you all doing?
Last weeks weigh in saw me STS :( So I didn't come on and post about that!
This week is week 6 weigh in and I've lost 4lbs. So that's a total of 2 stone in 6 weeks :D

zoe9804 - 100lb - 30lb = 70lb
Sparkley - 100lb - 38lb = 62lb
lyniG - 100lb - 29lb = 71lb
Cliopatra - 100lb - 14lb = 86lb
Msjmc - 100lb - 10lb = 90lb
Blue Butterfly - 100lb - 28lb = 72lb
Surfybeachbabe - 100lb - 29lb = 71lb
Hulllou - 100lb - 6lb = 94lb
Lisabear - 70lb - 9lb = 61lb
 
For goodness sake! I'm so tired I'm posting in the wrong place! Sorry peeps. I am going to go to bed...!

Weigh day for me again, just the 3lb that I lost in first few days, I've not been 100% but have had days out. Thinking of maybe introducing a meal on a few occasions as my little one asked why I didn't sit down and eat with them at tea time? And I do really miss it. Will have to see, was hoping for a couple more stone at least before I did it though.
 
I'm on exante just started I have 90lbs to loose can I join please x I do have a holiday in October though so may be a gain that fortnight so the 28th week in oct I won't be weighing xx
 
I've just realised I'm roughly a third of the way to my target weight. Another little target reached next is 3 stone, just 9lb to reach this. I really wanted Xmas to be my target but looks like I'm not going to reach this, my main thing is to be able to get in a nice dress for my 2 Xmas doo's, which are the end of November beginning of December. I'm thinking of introducing food to in November, so it will slow even more. Anyone struggling with the water intake? I was ok when it was really warm weather and I'm fine at work (drinking sparkling water stops me eating) but at home I'm really bad, and I can't stand still water anymore I'm thinking of trying the water flavouring, has anyone tried it and which is the best?

Hi Zoe, a third of the way there is great motivation. I've a while to go before I can say that but looking firearms to that day arriving. Not too bad with the water. I have a pint glass and try to keep it topped up all the time. I try to drink 7 pints a day. I have a pint first thing, before doing the shred, then a pint afterwards so only another five to fit in during the day. I try not to drink anything after about 9pm or I'm on the loo all night!! I've bought some chicken breast and going to have a bit of that this week. Really missing proper food at the moment. x

Yes I've started picking again which is why I'm on this diet in first place, thinking maybe if I have a meal I will feel more satisfied and stop the habit again.
 
hey can i join this challenge. I've got a lot more than 100lbs to lose but that seems like a good place to start!! This is my first week, will be weighing in on friday x

4lb off for me this week bringing my total to 3 stones in 8 weeks.

Sparkley 100lb - 42lb = 58lb to go

Looking forward to getting past the half way mark!

Well done sparkly that is amazing it's so hard to stay 100% ts so well done I've passed a week and failed the last two days so determined to pass them this week x
 
Another weigh in for me (week 7) and I've only lost 1lb. TOTM though so that's better than nothing. My losses better start sorting themselves out soon though, I have tons to lose and wont stand for little and no losses!!
