Breakfast - Slice of melon, slice of cantelope, and skinny cappucino Mullerlight
Lunch - Ham Salad Sandwich
2 x slices of small wholemeal bread, 3 x Light Laughing Cow blue cheese triangles, lean sliced ham, babyleaf salad, rocket, cucumber
Dinner - Turkey Mince Lasagne
Turkey mince, onion, mushroom, peppers, courgette, tinned tomatoes, passata, garlic, lasagne pasta sheets, fat free natural yoghurt and egg for the white sauce, reduced fat cheddar cheese (hexa) on top
Snacks - Banoffee Mullerlight (free)
