Depends on your definition of a good weekend? Since Thursday, I have had a total of 108 syns. I feel disgusting! I'm giving myself a maximum of 5 syns a day until weigh in and will be trying to get on the Wii Fit for as long as I possibly can hog the TV! Ugh, I feel so yuck!
 
Tuesday 27/07 - Green

Breakfast
- Banana
- Water
- Scrambled egg and baked beans in tomato sauce

Snack
- Mango

Lunch
- Tagliatelle with baked beans in tomato sauce and cucumber, carrot and lettuce salad
- Water

Snack
- Banana

Dinner
- 57g lamb (HExB1) with chickpea curry (2 syns), baked beans in tomato sauce and chapatti (3 syns)

Snack
- 350ml skimmed milk (HExA)
- 20 cashew nuts (HExB2)

Total syns: 2 + 3 = 5

You can tell I'm getting a bit addicted to the beans again, right?

Wednesday 28/07 - Green

Breakfast
- 2 Weetabix (HExB1) with 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HExA1)
- Banana

Snack
- 2 Cadbury's White Chocolate Buttons (1 syn)

Lunch
- Syn free quiche made with egg, onions, baked beans, VLF cottage cheese, and 20g RF cheese (1/2 HExA2)
- Cucumber, carrot and lettuce salad

Snack
- Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries

Dinner
- Chickpea curry (2 syns) with chapatti (2.5 syns)
- Green beans and cucumber

Snack
- 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HExA1) stirred into 0% fat yoghurt, quark, and cocoa (1 syn)
- Alpen Light bar (1/2 HExB2)

Total syns: 1 + 2 + 2.5 + 1 = 6.5 syns

Thursday 29/07 - Green

STS - serves me right for having 108 syns! Walked 1.3km of the way to class, then 4.2km the long way back, hopefully kickstarting my week.

Breakfast
- Alpen Light bar (1/2 HExB1)
- Water

Snack
- 3 Mikado (1.5 syns)

Lunch
- Noodles with baked beans in tomato sauce, green beans and cucumber

Snack
- 2.5 Scan Bran (1/2 HExB1) with quark, 0% fat yoghurt and cocoa (1 syn)
- 200ml skimmed milk (4/7 HExA1)

Dinner
- Pizza (6 syns) with 20g RF cheese (1/2 HExA2) and chicken (1/2 HExB2)
- Cucumber, carrot, lettuce and green beans
- EL mayo (0.5 syns)

Snack
- 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HExA1)
- Alpen Light bar (1/2 HExB2)
- Caramel Freddo (5 syns)

Total syns: 1.5 + 1 + 6 + 0.5 + 5 = 14 syns

Ooooh I hope I can get to be a slimmer bride :) I have got over a year to go!! :) xxx good luck for your loss - I lost half a lb tonight so got to be good thisweek to get better results next week x
 
Friday 30/07 - Green

- SW chips with baked beans amd EL mayo (0.5 syns)
- Mango with 25g Carte D'Or ice cream (2.5 syns)

Dinner
- Rice (1 syn) with potato in curry sauce (1 syn) and yoghurt (2 syns)
- Apple

Snack
- 350ml skimmed milk (HExA2)
- Alpen Light bar (1/2 HExB2)
- Pineapple

Total syns: 1 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 2.5 + 1 + 2 = 8.5 syns

Really pleased with dinner as I wasn't even at home, got invited round to someone's place last minute for a big family meal, managed to avoid the routine questioning of the small portion on my plate by busying myself minding the kids while the grown ups ate, and then sitting down later in the corner at the back!

Saturday 31/07 - Extra Easy

- Marinated (2 syns) grilled chicken with cucumber, lettuce, bean, sweetcorn and pasta salad
- 2 little bites of a double beef burger (5 syns?)
- Diet Coke

Snack
- 2.5 Alpen Light bars (HExB + 1.5 syns)
- 350ml skimmed milk (HExA)
- Freddo (5 syns)

Total syns: 2 + 5 + 1.5 + 5 = 13.5

I really should have had some dinner...

Walked a bit, body magic there... Also got a little of body magic done in another form, hehe... x

Snack
- 3 Mikado (1.5 syns)
- Banana

Lunch
- Salmon with roasted veg (4 syns?) - potatoes, carrots, and asparagus
- Cucumber

Snack
- 1 Mikado (0.5 syns)

Dinner
- Rice (2 syns) with chicken curry (2 syns) and fish (1 syn)

Snack
- Pineapple

Total syns: 1.5 + 4 + 0.5 + 2 + 2 + 1 = 11 syns

Didn't finish my milk off for the day as I fell asleep early - still in my maxi dress! Glad that happened actually, as it means I had less syns, yay! xxx
