My day was okay ty (although i did syn with a skimmed hot chocolate from Costa), hope yours was!

The walk was great!!! I felt a massive surge of motivation and even decided to use the big field I found to try out the c25k I have had for soooo long.. felt so good when I came back and ate a load of fruit as well :D I shall be trying out some more recipes from this months mag this week so I shall let you know what they are like :) Do you get the magazine? Its the first time I brought it and I thought it was very helpful.

Good i'm glad that it motivated you! Yeah i got this month's for the first time and the recupes are great, the feta and watermelon salad is good and so is the chicken tikka salad

It was lush thank you and only 90 calories :)

I saw on another thread that you have lost weight? Woop! well done you!
