What day do you weigh in?
Do you stick to the idea of not weighing in the week?
I have the routine of getting on the scales every morning... can be crushing, but usually I don't mind too much if i regain a lb or two, I call myself my lowest weight of 3 days now in my mind... as long as I haven't had a bad day this is do able, still takes convincing myself that the gain is nothing to worry about - it's just a downwards curve
I weigh in on Sundays. I only way first thing in the morning with no clothes so usually don't think to weigh mid week (I'm not a good morning person!). It depends though, if I am having a good week I could hop on a few times hoping to see a loss. Haven't been calorie counting properly this week, yet somehow down to 11st 4.5lbs today. Getting back on track fully now. Reallu want to get into 10s this month!
