It was great thanks, ended up in a wee Mexican place food was great but not very SW friendly!

Back on track today though.

I was having a wee read through the food optimising book yesterday & all throughout it there are pics of food so I have set myself a wee challenge to try all the recipes in the whole book.

Dish 1 is in the oven now - pasta bolognese bake.
