A much healthier day today, even resisted McDonald's after I did a trip to the dump today with the husband (rock and roll life!) ... he drove into the drive through and ordered food and I still resisted ... woo hoo (she says still craving the big mac she watched her husband eat 8 hrs ago)
Breakfast = x1 Thick Slice Wholemeal Toast (HexB) and 2 eggs fried in Fry light
Lunch = Yummy skinless boneless chicken Thighs cooked on the bbq with salad.
Dinner = Beef hot pot with cauliflower and cabbage (1syn)
Lunch = Leftover BBQ chicken from yesterday, rice & Salad.
Dinner = Pork Chop (fat removed) Roast dinner, I had boiled potatoes instead of roasts and as playing catch up with Syns this week didn't have the stuffing or Yorkshire pudding like the other 2 (3 syns)
Snacks = None
Drinks = Lots of Milky Teas (HexA) Diet Pink Lemonade
