I'm so glad to see your pics and read your post.. I'm at about the same starting weight as you were, and I'd like to get to 10.7 - 11 stone. You're a total inspiration, and you look lovely!! I've just started a couch to 5k programme so will try my best to stick to it. It's pretty tough jogging around when you're carrying at least three stone more than you're meant to be.. hopefully it'll get easier as the weight comes off. Well done on your 5 mile run.. brilliant.
