I used to lose that sticking to atkins half heartedly.
Really quite annoyed to tell the truth. I am still bloated and still sicky and rubbish.
I couldn't have given it any more effort.

I would be happy with it if it wasn't my first week, I usually get into double figures on my first week of induction :(
 
Well my scales are broken, so I will have to weigh in Tom morning at the gym, I'm not very hopeful though!! Well done everyone on your losses xx

well done everyone, jools dont get disheartened itl come off next week, not gonna lie iv had a few glasses of wine tonight to celebrate but starting afresh tomor xxx
 
todays menu

b: egg and bacon (shocker!)
l: chorizo salad
d: burger salad

tomorrow I might have to resort to atkins bars and shakes because I will be queueing outside wembley from about 6am onwards (yes I am that dedicated haha)

I would just like to report that I completely stuck to induction today even though I spend all day camped outside wembley stadium surrounded by food stalls!!

I am very pleased with myself so I bought myself a shiney new take that tshirt

would someone be able to look at my food diaries and see if they can see where i am going wrong? i have cut cheese cream and citric and i am still not loosing anything and i am starting to loose the will to live!!

I had a bit of a victory today, tried my tt tshirt on and it fits, I usually have to buy mens merch but the ladies fit :D

Oh btw, I touched Robbie, Howard and Jason last night ;)

Well yesterday I had

B-bratwurst sausage
L-tuna Mayo salad
D-cauli mash and chicken breast
S-bag of pork crunch
W-2.5 Ltrs

E-parkrun 5k jog

What do you think? I can't work out why I am not loosing? The only thing I can think is not enough fat but how do I up my fat intake?
 
Well I finally managed to get weighed: -3.5 pounds. Very pleased with that considering my little blip last weekend.
 
Hows everyone feeling for WI tomorrow? I am having to give mine a miss as I am away for the week grrr but hopefully I will get a super dooper good loss next week because of it!
