I'm with you, I hate shopping too. I hate even doing it online (not just food but all sorts) I take forever despite hating it, it's weird.

I'm not too bad ta, been out all morning and gotta nip out again in a bit when my tootsies recover a bit (wore new boots - trying to break them in!) But glad it's cooled off a bit. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day :D xxxx

Glad you had a day off hun.

I hate food shopping too-always always forget something. We went on sat I forgot a butternut squash, so bought one on mon and my mum also bought me one of mon, hubby went to asda on his lunch break to pick up photos and yep you guessed it he bought me a butternut squash, now have 3 of them!

Takeaway & all the unhealthy eating I've done this week isn't worth it . I'm eating rubbish I know I am but I'm struggling to stop. I'm up all night with stomach cramps due to the orlistat which I haven't been taking but I think is still working in some way.

Back on track today I was thinking about going to Zumba or a fitness class in the next few weeks does anyone recommend anything?

Well done for keep taking it throughout love - it's a good mental (and now physical) 'telling off' that can help you get your head back in the game - you can do it!

Thanks everyone . I have to admit I am finding if hard to get back on plan I keep watching all the weight loss TV programmes for motivation & it's there I'm ready to do this I desperately want to do this until I eat something . I could honestly cry I don't know why I keep doing this :(
 
Can you empty the house of all things naughty? It's harder to be bothered (especially in this weather) if you have to leave the house.

Also with takeaway sites - can you/someone you know that's a bit techie block those websites from your internet for you? (bit like a porn filter - only a food porn filter ;) )

Hopefully then you'd end up "HAVING" to be good.

Someone who I follow on Facebook who is also on a weight loss journey put a status up that really hit home & made me stop & really think.

Don't count the days , make the days count.

I always say 1 day at a time but in all honesty I am always thinking of the bigger picture.

I'm fed up being this size I'm fed up wearing the same style of clothes I'm fed up as I really need to try clothes on & have 2 shops I can do that.

I'm fed up not putting in the work to get results it's bit going to happen on its own I need to put the work in to get the results.

House has been rid of all of the bad

1 day at a time .

i agree love do not look at the big picture it just gets you down and you will fall off have little milestones and yes everyday counts we are all different one diet works for one and not the other you will get there love im sure of that x x x x x
