Day 4

Weight : 8.10(1/2)

Breakfast: Kellogg's chewy (hexb) banana

Lunch: spiced mince packed with veg
Toffee crisp (11.5)

Dinner: low fat supernoodles, spring onions, banana

Snack: mullerlight

Acceleration training
3+ litres of water

Whoohoo the scales are showin all my Xmas gain is gone!!

I sorta wanna cancel my night out tomorrow now! :( but I can't because its only me and my best friend and she's so excited about getting out.

Also I've started plus I've started panicking about this month.
Tomorrow out, vday, friends r over from Germany and then we r in Liverpool then staff night out! Really want to get to a least 8.8 before Liverpool.

Gonna needs loads of advice and will power. Any help would be great
 
The only advice I will give you is to stop stressing! You will physically look no different at 8.8 than you do at your currunt weight of 8.10, so just stick with what you're doing & enjoy. You can always go out & stick within your syns & still be on plan.......life is for living & for the sake of a couple of pounds, please stop worrying. If you want to maintain your weight, life will always have nights out & you cant be stressing out everytime you have one!
Speaking from someone who should hede her own advice sometimes lol!
 
Lol ur right Kim! I'm just gonna work my butt of at the gym every day I can and save as much syns as I can for days out. I'm just scared of putting weight on! I will be happy with a maintain. !

How is ur weight loss goin. X
 
Even if you did put on a couple of pounds......does it matter as thats perfectly normal & healthy! Just try & put it all in perspective!
I've taken 6 weeks to get over this plateau, you just have to keep plodding on & its difficult when we're this weight as really we haven't got any to lose, its just to see that magical number 8.7 on the scales.........the hard bit is to maintain it, believe me lol!
My official weight this morning is 8st 11lbs, which I got to last July & called target, but it crept back on again & restarted back in October & its taken me this long to get back to it, so an average of about 0.5lbs per week. I know I will have to follow SW principles, which is no hardship really, but like you just want to see 8.7 & possibly a bit lower, but that will only happen with exercise really. Weather will be improving soon & I can get out on bike & get these flabby bits toned up a bit lol!

Ur right Kim lol I suppose putting on 1 or 2 lb isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things. But I'm determines this month to put nothing on. Maintain at most lol

I'm glad ur weight is moving along again for u. 6 weeks is a long time. And I guess ur right, at this weight it's mostly down to exercising to get the weight off. Hence y I'm up early and heading to work out on a sat morning!! Haha not like me
 
Day 5

Weight: 8:10 :) 2lbs down from tues. gonna be as good as possible today. All free food and hopefully with the syns I've saved they will help with the drink!

Breakfast: Kellogg's chewy (hexb), mullerlight, banana

Lunch: fruit salad with melon and grapes

Dinner: chicken with stirfry veg in spicy tomoate sauce

If you want to keep a check on your syns , try & stick to shorts & a diet drink like vodka & slimline as its much lower in syns than wine. You'll also find you wont need as much to drink with being so light lol! Have a great night & enjoy & hope you dont have too much of a hangover!
 
That's all I drink anyway Kim so fingers crossed :) I'm eating loads of superfree fruit n veg today. No pastas it rice lol!

Terrified to step on scales today lol. Going out for lunch today also with the boyfriend and little one to watch the football so I'm hopping I haven't did too much damage!

Wore my first bodycon tight dress last night out in public. And I felt comfortable so I'm hoping its the start of me being happy with my body :)
 
How's the hangover? Did you manage to count your syns on drinks, or just not bother like I would lol? Have you got a piccie?
 
I feel good :). I counted up today and I used about 28 syns. So I think that's good. I have around 27 to use for yesterday!

Lunch: going out for lunch so will be as good as I can
Ended up having a three course meal :/ but it was mushrooms for starter, steak and salad with mushrooms and onions for dinner and then a desert :/ also had a bit of pepper sauce, garlic sauce, coleslaw and few chips lol

Will really regret it in morning. But in hoping because I've been good all week and exercised extra this week. That it won't be to heart breaking on the scales x
