Even if you did put on a couple of pounds......does it matter as thats perfectly normal & healthy! Just try & put it all in perspective!
I've taken 6 weeks to get over this plateau, you just have to keep plodding on & its difficult when we're this weight as really we haven't got any to lose, its just to see that magical number 8.7 on the scales.........the hard bit is to maintain it, believe me lol!
My official weight this morning is 8st 11lbs, which I got to last July & called target, but it crept back on again & restarted back in October & its taken me this long to get back to it, so an average of about 0.5lbs per week. I know I will have to follow SW principles, which is no hardship really, but like you just want to see 8.7 & possibly a bit lower, but that will only happen with exercise really. Weather will be improving soon & I can get out on bike & get these flabby bits toned up a bit lol!
