Finally arrived home after a bit of an extended stay - 7 days turned into 14 thanks to the volcano. Unfortunately 14 days of all inclusive has meant I've put about 10lbs. I didn't continue with my xenical whilst on holiday as most of the food was high in fat and I didn't want to be rushing to the loo all the time.
Back on the tablets in the morning and I'm hopeful that the weight gain will soon disappear. Off to bed now as I'm back at work tomorrow,
