Its hard but everything is going great so far, i just need to make constant adjustments to what i eat. I think alot of it is down to the exercise i do as i burn alot of calories doing that. And i do have to eat a hell of a lot of food now to fuel my workouts, about 8 meals a day total from 6:30am till 10pm.
all I can say is Wow!!!! all that weight loss in a year thats simply amazing im starting in a similar point to you and im going to use you and your thread as motivation.
First thing will be to find a slimming World buddy and join.
