16 week to lose 24lbs! My diary :)

Wow been with the boyfriend all weekend and totally off track! I've had so much chocolate! Feel rubbishy now though...

Anyway back on track today, so tired so didn't go to the gym but going to definitely go tomorrow as i'm only working an 11-5

Hope I've not gained!
 
Hi, newgirl you can't possibly have gained as much as me! Had an enjoyable few days but horrendous gain and no one's fault but my own! So back on track today and had a good PT session this morning. I'm out for dinner on Friday night and plan to eat sensibly (it's a fancy place so I think the portions will be small in any event but I need to watch the wine intake).

Hope the rest of the week is good and weigh day sees a loss!

Awww I don't weigh until Friday so I don't know if I've gained but i'm sure a lot of it will be water weight? You'll get it off for next weigh in!

Lets both get back on track! x
 
Morning! Glad to report I had a good day yesterday although it wasn't carb free. Finding it increasingly difficult after a session at gym not to have carbs but I admit I didn't plan my protein meal well and it's probably why I succumbed to carbs.

Aiming for a good 100% day!
 
Good at least your back on track, I always want carbs after the gym too, going to go swimming at 9 which makes me even more hungry lol!

I gave up cigarettes last Wednesday and using the e cig so I definitely have to be more in control about what i'm eating eeek

Yep lets both have a good day today woop!
 
I actually made it to swimming!!!! Feel so much better and fresher :D definitely gotta keep my exercise up! Need to sort out my jelly belly and arms aswell now
 
Well done that's great! I wish I naturally loved exercise alas I must admit I don't! So have to force myself!
 
Having a bad few days! Had a drink for the first time last night in about 2/3 months and all I want to do today is sleep and eat!
Really need to get back into it but i'm finding it hard at the moment, its weigh in tomorrow anyway and I wont of lost much if any so I shall weigh in tomorrow and then start a fresh!
I can do it :)
Feel like this last stone is going to actually take foreverrrrrrrrrrrr!
 
Awh! I feel your pain! I was 8lbs away from goal back in May and messed around June, July and still doing that in August and now I'm back to having to lose the same half stone again and the 7/8 lbs I didn't lose!

yup! Losing the last stone is very hard but don't give up and keep trying. At worst you will maintain or just lose at a slower pace but it beats gaining!

Don't give up unless you are giving up the alcohol. I think I lost the focus and determination once I brought alcohol back into the routine. Always a downward spiral for me. One would think I would have learned by now!

Ah its such a gutting feeling but at least we're back on track!

This last stone deinately is a killer but your right its better to maintain than gain

Yeh alcohol was a downfall for me as my appetite was so much higher when I drunk now and again rather than me not drinking
 
Weighed in at 8 stone 13 1/2 this morning, only half a pound but didn't feel like i'd lost anyway

13 1/2lbs to go!!!!!

All I wanna do is be comfortabely in the 8 stones that's my next mini goal and I will be happy!

Hi newgirl! I saw your post in the 9s to 8s thread so had to stop by and say hi as I hit the 8.13 mark last week too...but after a week of celebrations have gone back to 9st1.8lbs..so I thught I'd pop by and see wht your secret is and try get some motivation from you!!
Do you post your food diary at all?! Seems like exercise is a massive part of your daily routine?!
You've done amazingly..just seen the pics you posted on page 1...wow!

Hey! Half a pound is still a loss that's great! You're in the 8's!! Keep doing what you're doing and you'll chip away at the last 13 1/2 pounds! Don't lose the momentum like me as it makes it so much harder!

i had a good PT session today and I'm planning on upping the exercise this week as I go on holiday on 24th for a week. I have a night out this evening but plan to be sensible and not overindulge. I'm kind of looking forward to coming back from holiday so I can concentrate on exercise and diet throughout September without distractions.

Hey! I don't post a food diary but I do try and log my calories on myfitnesspal if you have it? I usually eat around 1000 calories
I don't actually really exercise I am very lazy lol I've been making it to the gym about 2 times a week that's all and half hearted attempts! I really do wish I could work out 4-5 times a week and that's my new goal for myself to push myself to do it

Aww thankyou it really is good to see pictures of how I've changed I've lost 5 more pounds from these pictures and I can actually feel and see a difference between 5 pounds which feels very odd

Yeh its definitaley my aim to just keep going and pushing myself! The pounds should start disappearing soon :)

Had a really good food day today!
Felt a little bit more in control :)

Went shopping after work because I was chuffed i'd reached the 8 stones so treated myself to 2 dresses from primark both a size 8 !!!! Last time I tried a dress on from primark the size 14 was way too tight! also got a black blazer which was a size 10, its the first time i'd gone shopping in agesss properly and it felt so good trying on clothes that I would of never dreamed of trying on before
 
Well done! It's such a buzz isn't it buying new clothes in smaller sizes!

Well I had great evening lash night too much food and wine but I chilled and enjoyed it. Lazy day today and not going to be strict today as feeling jaded from last night! Have less than week before I go to Paris and plan on being strict rest of the week. I'm not going to be in 8's again for weigh in on Monday but hopefully will be by mid week.
 
It really is!

At least you had a good night that's the main thing! We cant be strict all the time!
Hows your weekend been?

I had quite a bad day yesterday but not overly bad but went to the gym this morning and walked around southport all day and ate very well so hoping I haven't done any damage and planning for a good week this week feel like my heads back in the zone again :)
 
Hey! NG! I've had a fab weekend and yesterday ended up a chilled day food/diet wise. So weigh in this morning was a STS and I'm still in the 9's bah!

Ive a PT session later this morning and two more later in the week. Food wise I am going to be very strict at least until I get to Paris because I need my trousers to be slightly less snug than they are right now! I feel a little bloated from the weekend of eating and socialising!
