Awww I don't weigh until Friday so I don't know if I've gained but i'm sure a lot of it will be water weight? You'll get it off for next weigh in!Hi, newgirl you can't possibly have gained as much as me! Had an enjoyable few days but horrendous gain and no one's fault but my own! So back on track today and had a good PT session this morning. I'm out for dinner on Friday night and plan to eat sensibly (it's a fancy place so I think the portions will be small in any event but I need to watch the wine intake).
Hope the rest of the week is good and weigh day sees a loss!
I'm the same I hate it when i'm doing it forever clock watching just love the feeling after I've done it!Well done that's great! I wish I naturally loved exercise alas I must admit I don't! So have to force myself!
Ah its such a gutting feeling but at least we're back on track!Awh! I feel your pain! I was 8lbs away from goal back in May and messed around June, July and still doing that in August and now I'm back to having to lose the same half stone again and the 7/8 lbs I didn't lose!
yup! Losing the last stone is very hard but don't give up and keep trying. At worst you will maintain or just lose at a slower pace but it beats gaining!
Don't give up unless you are giving up the alcohol. I think I lost the focus and determination once I brought alcohol back into the routine. Always a downward spiral for me. One would think I would have learned by now!

I saw your post in the 9s to 8s thread so had to stop by and say hi as I hit the 8.13 mark last week too...but after a week of celebrations have gone back to 9st1.8lbs..so I thught I'd pop by and see wht your secret is and try get some motivation from you!!
Do you post your food diary at all?! Seems like exercise is a massive part of your daily routine?!

Yeh its definitaley my aim to just keep going and pushing myself! The pounds should start disappearing soonHey! Half a pound is still a loss that's great! You're in the 8's!! Keep doing what you're doing and you'll chip away at the last 13 1/2 pounds! Don't lose the momentum like me as it makes it so much harder!
i had a good PT session today and I'm planning on upping the exercise this week as I go on holiday on 24th for a week. I have a night out this evening but plan to be sensible and not overindulge. I'm kind of looking forward to coming back from holiday so I can concentrate on exercise and diet throughout September without distractions.
