Thanks-was all buzz yesterday. Once I get into something I love it. Was thinking This morn of more things I cud have put in it-oh well.
Didn't sleep at all tho. Wasn't tired at all and went to bed at half 12. Unlike me cos I'm not a late bird at all. Then cudnt sleep so read through all diaries here.
Still only got couple hours during nite.
WI this morn-was up 1lb. But as I said yesterday-really not worried cos of TOTM. Literally stood off scales and bam! - cramps! Oh well.
But I think I've also decided I'm better at using my weeklies in one go. But it has to be a legitimate reason. Like tomoro-don't mind saying that weeklies will be all gone in one day and enjoy them. Then stick to dailies today and again Sunday-Thurs. My head totally accepts that.
But last week I was able to use weeklies as I pleased and I think I cudnt decide how to use them and didn't want to spread them out so ended up off the wagon all togetHer.
Its just a theory but I'm gona keep an eye on it. I've had such a busy few months that i rarely have had a week without a nite out and/or meal out so gona keep track over next while and prepare myself if I do have a week with nothing on-have 4 course meal and get locked in my house if I have to. Hehe.
Have my meal plan done for week. Made curry for dinner tonite and gona leave half for my 'hangover meal' Sunday evening when I'm back so I'm not tempted to get takeaway. x

Not worth 'blowing your pp' on is it! I think Profiteroles would be the lower pp option out of the two. Did u not fancy the Caesar Salad Starter with No Dressing? I never have Soup as a Starter when I'm out either, that's a lunch at home! X
No its really disappointing to have to use my weeklies on it.
I think id be eating the salad with no dressing for the sake of it. Id prefer to skip it.
So ill prob go for soup-no bread - suck it up
Then steak, no potatoes but loads of veg and peppercorn sauce-have to have something nice.
Then ya ill prob choose profiteroles and just have couple-gona point it there now...

Seeing as how you are the guru and I cant find my eat out guide ANYWHERE-really need to buy a new one-must have left it somewhere..... Any ideas on the veg soup? And did a bit of a google-bout 3pp per profiterole-that's including the cream in it and choc sauce over it?
Im ok with beef-I eat it enough and maybe 3pp for small bit of peppercorn sauce (cos prob cream in it) x
I haven't got my Eat Out Guide with me :-( I'd probably guess at 5pp for the Soup without Bread? X

Planning on having 0pp breakfast and 2pp lunch so will only go 2pp into my weeklies... Kinda hoping this is the menu now cos ive accepted my choices now!
Also-drink doesn't suit me really so really really gona try and limit my drinks. If I do and choose what im hoping-then I wont even go near all my weeklies. I hope so. x
Thats the same restaurant that we went to hahaha so weird is that! I had the salad and then chicken I woulda loved the beef it looked fab as did the duck im jel that you going down

To be honest I meant to comment on your post earlIer. I'm not really all or nothing. I've always used my weeklies. Always did when I started WW years ago. Its just I find it easier to get rid of them-its like I feel I shud use them but use them on crap all week if they're not gone
Obviously I'll have to wait and see if I stick to my plan first but I thInk I mite treat myself to a takeaway Sunday and glass of wine maybe
As I'm looking forward to Sunday anyway and off Monday and Tuesday so mite have some me time Sunday evening. x
