Aww god I'm sorry you got a sts after such a good week :(. Maybe you aren't eating enough or just a tad too much, its hard to tell with filling and healthy. Keep going with the pp this week and hopefully you'll see a great loss this week xxx((hugs))
 
Ah Brona so sorry to hear that there is nothing worse when you ave been so good yeah do try pp this week n I'd be very surprised if you don't see a nice loss next week personally for me pp is safest as I would probably end up over eating big hugs x

Still fed up but looking forward to doing what I know best-counting! I never didn't loose while on track and pointing. F&H has a lot of benefits but not enough for me!
Have easy enough day tomorrow at work so will try and plan out my food for week, especially around going out at weekend. :) x
 
Hey guys,
Any idea how many pro points are in the homemade filling & healthy bread ww give recipe for.
Its 500g fat free yoghurt,
Then fill the empty yoghurt tub twice with porridge oats (don't know how much they'd weigh)
2 tsp bread soda

Made some at start of week and finishing it off now but pro pointing from today. I put it up on weight watchers facebook page but no answer yet....

Glad you are still feeling motivated. I'm the same with propoints, always had a good enough loss, F&H was just too unpredictable for me. I like it for maintaining though. I did F&H for months while maintaining with the 90 weeklies and managed to stay at target. Maybe you can go back to it once you are finished losing weight?!

Ya, I think i have the old yoghurt tub in recycling. Its just a matter of filling it with porridge oats and check weight (which is what they came back and told me to do on WW facebook site!) and work out from there. I'll decide then if its worth making. Cos it is nice! :)
Ya, ive maintained the last 2 weeks so id go back to it for maintaining though that feels like a life time away!! :)

Pro points suits me-i count everything that goes into my mouth whereas with F&H, i dont think it was to do with eating too much i just think i forgot to count a few bits cos its not all counting! (Now saying that, i still think TOTM has more to do with this weeks sts).

So today has been going fine. I hadn't thought it through very much-i was so upset last night. But i have the week sorted now, based on night out and lunch out with psychology team next week etc. Ill eat well but low points tomoro so some of the drink will come out of dailies. Its not that i think ill need dailies and 49 weeklies for drink but i just dont want to be stuck for weeklies for remainder of week.

I am struggling for inspiration for dinners though.... I must read more diaries and get ideas. :) x

Great night. Way too drunk. Woops. Brilliant day yesterday and we've planned loads more nights out! Cant wait. :)

So plan is back today. 26pp mon-thurs and exercise as much as I can. So extra long walk today after work. And tomorrow evening and pilates wed.

Had lovely weekend though. We've got a good girlie group going which ive been missing for a long time.

I had such a rotten day yesterday. Long story but facebook account deactivated. Too much hassle. So didnt eat great in evening. Was really upset.

I'm not great to be honest. It's kinda shaken me a bit.
I've never been very confident (i just act it on the outside), and this has thrown me more than i'd like.
I think it might be time to look for some help. Going to call the doctor once surgery opens and get the ball rolling. I prob wont get an appointment for few weeks but might try and call next week and get cancellation depending on how far away original appointment is.
