I have a bit of a prob with my feet, some swollen ligaments in between my toes or something but the doc said it'll get better if I lose some weight. I'm ok walking (which I love) but they do hurt after a long walk x

Also-I'm hoping for at least a 1lb loss this week.
Not goin out drinking or planned meals out or anything so really wana stick to plan...
I spent a few weeks goin between 10.1 and 9.13.
Then I spent a few weeks between 9.13 and 9.11
Then 9.12 and 9. 10.5 so I really wana get below the 9st 10.5!! :)

I weigh in on Fridays. Tried to WI this morn but Was on sleepover last nite so didn't wana use the scales at work so weighed in at home but was after breakfast so I adjusted it a little. So gona go with the 9st 10.5...

Had good day yesterday. Got a good bit of clearing done in my garage and attic. Finally feel like I'm using my whole house! :)

Had to go into work last nite-emergency. Wasn't home til 3:30am. Fairly tired today. All ok though so that's good. :)

Doing week 2 of C25K. Loving getting back into it! :)
Went window shopping with my sister today. Mattresses, love seats and paint colours! :)
Off again tomoro do house must be cleaned! :)

Thanks hon. It was kinda a 'all hands on deck' moment. Glad to hav tomoro off aswel tho cos got not of the jobs done today that I was actually meant to do cos was so tired. Hence the window shopping. :)

Updated last nights diary....
I just kept eating!!!! Oh dear. But within weeklies. None left.
I don't ever use my APs-never did but I can do 3 days without weeklies! :)
We eat dinner really early at work though so I'm finished eating now and 2pp left!
Lot of fruit I think... :)
