Hey guys.
Well my phone is well and truly stuffed. Wudnt let me log in here this morn or check Facebook, emails and randomly decides whether to send Txts or not! :-(

So I WI this morn. Down 1lb. Happy with that. Didn't loose the 2lbs I put up but TMI-I havnt 'gone' properly in a week and it's TOTM. So continuing a good week this week and hopefully it'll all show on the scales nxt week.

No plans for weekend. Working again. Swapped with a girl who needed tomoro off so 9-9 tomoro and 10am sun til 10am mon. Don't mind cos have loads on nxt week-possible baby shower dinner for work friend, possible play, table quiz in aid of work thurs nite, dinner for sisters birthday in Dublin fri nite then home for mothers day weekend on the sat! So good food week this week but week after cud be dodgy! :)

Any plans???

Great loss Brona, I don't 'go' for about 3 days leading up to WI, it's my stupid brain battling with me again.
 
So I did not track all week and was well and truly over my weeklies. Didn't WI yesterday-went out thurs nite and ended up drinking til 5am so didn't think there was any pt.
I'm gona try and be good this week and get back on track. Still running tho so hoping that will help with me not goin totally crazy on scales.
At home in west cork for few days (mothers day tomoro) so no takeaways, a little wine but otherwise gona try and be good. :)

Aw I love my mammy... And not just cos it's mothers day tomoro. :)
Went to shop for lunch earlier and I got in a huff cos I didn't know what I wanted to eat for lunch or dinner (my parents are goin out). Was trying to be healthy but cudnt get Mu head into it. My mam asked me what the f**k was wrong with me and I said I don't know what I want to eat. I've been eating crap all week so all I want right now is wedges and sausage rolls from the deli. And she said, well you're not having it so u may get over it. And picked up salad stuff and put it in the basket! :) xxx

Feeling crappy tonite. Think I'm tired-was up til 3:30am cos collected my drunk parents from their friends dinner party.
My back has seized up again-hoping its lack of running and sleep.
I hav hives all over me aswel and just generally 'uncomfortable'....

Was gona go before I headed back tomoro but now my new mattress is being delivered between 12-3 so need to hit the road first thing...
But the good news is that I'm getting my new mattress!! :)

I know I can be OCD bout a lot of things but genuinely think I can't get my head around running at home... I'm not saying the weather wasn't crap cos it was or that my back wasn't killing me cos it was but I think I'll go back to Kildare tomoro and I'll go for a run-even if I'm sore or it's cold or snowing! Cos in my head-that's where I run! Terrible-need to break that habit! :-/

I have my fab new mattress-yeh! Can't wait to go to bed! :)
Back in Kildare and went for a run - didn't quite manage week 5 day 3 in total but not bad after a week. Back is good bit better tho-always helps! :)

But.... I've been eating all day.... And crap at that!! Breakfast roll, sausage rolls, pizza, choc mallows!!! I was actually hungry for it! :-(
Really hope maybe standing on scales in morn may giv me a kick up the arse I need! :-(
