Cool. I'll be on the bus so unless we come across those food courts with microwaves in them, it'll be cold but that's ok too. Gona get chilli chicken noodle salad from tesco for lunch I think. It's yummy. :) xx

Woohoo! Finally got my new phone! Brand new Samsung galaxy SIII free from my sister! :) Havnt a clue how to use it but minimins was my first app to download! :)

OK I've been ridiculous. I lost all caring. Usually if I go off track I have some awareness of what I'm doing. This last fortnight I've gone haywire!

But now I feel crap so hopefully that's enough to get me back into it. Had really crappy busy few weeks at work and I just let things build up.

I'm finding lunches boring. Must get back into making nice things. Went food shopping yesterday and every time I picked up something I started coming up with ideas for different dinners aswel. Nothing crazy either but just to get me excited bout food again!

Got out running Yesterday aswel. Been a couple of weeks between work and horrible weather. But actually not as hard as I thought at all. Still doing C25K so I'm only no week 6 but thought I'd die afTer the break but did it fine. So have today and tomoro off to do rest of week 6 and I'll go from there. Run in aid of autism Ireland at end of April I wudnt mind doing.

My friend that ran with me last year had a knee op and is trying to get back into it. I feel really bad cos I've found I love running on my own. I cud get over that to help her out but I also prefer running a route around kildare no footpath (out the country but on path) and she can't cos of her knee. Think I have bad memories of running the curragh (local race course) last year when I cudnt run. And that's where she needs to go cos softer under foot for her knee. Maybe when I'm more comfortable running myself. I'm just afraid I'll get put off again....

Sorry for long post but just wanted to get it all down before I re-focus. Will WI when I get up. Then run and healthy eating for the day. :)

Thanks hon. I really need to get back on here and post my diaries again. I find it helps keep me on track. Also thinking of goin back to WW meetings again to Help me get the last few off. Worth a try. They'll be Thurs morns on weeks I can go. :)
 
Went for ‘run‘. Got stitch and then pain down my arm. FAIL! oh well. Continued on a walk anyway.

But.... WI..... 9st7!! WTF!? :confused:Another half lbs down. Really not sure how that happened. I'm not just saying it but there's no way I'm only 4lbs from goal. I have a good bit around my tummy to loose. Def back to WW meeting this week. Kinda doubting my scales now aswel!
But anyway. On track from today! :)

Donegal catch haddock fillet - 7
Corn on cob mini - 1
Homemade wedges - 7
Coleslaw + salsa - 1
Ketchup + mayo mix - 1

Total dailies used: 24/26
