ok so takeaway night at work tonite.
Was thinking beef chow mein (Still craving red meat i think). If chicken is 9pp do u think its much more for beef?
And ill double that then if i end up eating it all.... Doubt i will....

Homemade soup (1) - for small bit of potato and oil divided by 5 portions.

Dinner:
Beef chow mein (12) - based on 10pp and had small bit over half
Chicken balls & sauce (7)
Chips - very small few & one prawn cracker and then I stopped myself! :) (3)

Snacks:
Animal bar-yum!! (3)
Icecream & syrup (4)

Thanks hon.

This week seems to be goin well.. And quite quick. Considering I'm doin nothing other than work!

I'm wrecked tho. Hav been so tired for last few weeks! I'm taking a tonic this week but still wrecked.

Only got a couple of hours sleep Sunday night at work which didn't help and I'm not exercising either due to the attic conditions outside! :-(

So work tomoro and Thursday into Friday sleepover then off til nxt wed! :) So determined to eat, sleep and exercise well over the weekend and hope to shake this tiredness!

Ugh there is nothing worse than being tired. You do seem very busy though so understandable. All that driving too up and down to your parents on your time off! Hopefully your few days off will get you to feeling good again. Your food really has been brill this week so you'll have a nice weigh day lol. xx
