Well i have had a maintenance week, so eaten 1820 cals PLUS exercise cals, for 7 days...and have lost 1lb
I am eating SO much, i blame the exercise for keeping my metabolism up and all the water i drink.
This week i am having my wisdom teeth out, they are impacted so its soft food only for 5-7 days. So tomorrow i am eating what the hell i bloody like as i expect i wont be able to eat that much the rest of the week, although i will still try to eat 1200 minimum, if not 1550 cals, and i will still drink 3 litres of water minimum. I can't exercise either boo hoo.
