hi all - any ideas on how many carbs are in a korma sauce? not the rice just the sauce and the chicken chunks? was suggested to me to try but haven't a clue about carb content :/ any ideas? x

If it's bought it's bound to have some sort of flour or carby thickener.

What about making your own with cream and korma powder?
