2 WEEK 100% CHALLENGE: Start date 25/05/14

Honk for me. Saw my cdc this morning and she's moved me up to step 2 as my BMI is below 25, and the thought of food at all is a struggle, but got through it!
 
Hiya, I'd like to join in as well if possible :)
decided yesterday that I'm sticking 100% until Glastonbury festival :D
been really good today & just had 2 shakes, a bar & 2.5 litres of water plus several cups of green tea.. Feeling quite proud of myself :)
My weight on weigh-in Friday was 13stone 12lbs & I'd love to lose 7lbs over the next 2 weeks!

Confession time

Went to revolution yesterday and I had prawn and salad flatbread and sweet potato wedges. Not had carbs in 3 weeks and I caved. Though when I was looking at the menu I could have been a lot naughtier. So I am pleased I made a sensible choice.
However, impulse got the better of me when I stopped at the petrol station and bought a bacon and egg barm in the evening.
Luckily I haven't had any side effects of my little carb binge.
I am pleased that nothing but water has passed my lips while on ss. Not even a small diet coke.

But today I am back on track and 100% again. Only 2 more weeks on plan till I have to work on maintenance until after my wedding.
I am proud that I've lasted 3 weeks and of I were doing ss for longer and little carb binge wouldn't bother me too much but as I've not got long I'm a little disappointed. Bit I did enjoy and had fun with my friends.

Meal out on Friday but having tuna steak and salad. The challenge will be cocktails but I'll stick to my water.

Off topic - I had my wedding make up trial today. Excited. Hopefully get my dress soon.

Well. I've been awake all night. My alarm is going of at 5 for an early shift. Today is going to be interesting.
Just need to control myself if cravings strike as it's so easy to cave when exhausted.
I accept the fact that I may have to have a sugar free red bull at some point today. Life gets in the way sometimes and we have to do what's best. Being awake and alert at work always helps when you're a nurse :D will have it in my bag for in case of emergency. It's times like these I wish I liked coffee.

Halebob - exciting times having your wedding make up trial!! Eeek not long now! I had a little cheat yesterday as we went to see a local baker who specialises in wedding cakes. We talked through our designs and she made some great suggestions before sending us away with some samples...I really wanted to trust my husband to be's judgment, but had to have a slither of sponge and choc and OMG it was the nicest thing I have tasted in a month! I didn't have my third Cambridge pack and had lots of water to flush it out. Not having anything else now until I finish SS at the end of June!

Sorry been on nights but now back in the land of the living!! Honk for me for the past couple of days, going ok today still got about a litre of water to get down me though:eek:hows everyone else getting on?
 
Well today wasn't so great.
Had to drive an hour to get to work so by the time I got there I was knackered and felt sick. Didn't think I'd get through the shift so had a diet red bull. Had half a bar on my lunch break cause I really couldn't stomach anything.
Made it to the end of my shift without seeming too inept. But when I started driving I felt ill and had to buy something to eat. Unfortunately the closest thing was subway.
Had a 2 hour nap but I'm still tired and very grumpy.
On a late tomorrow so I can get back to normal again tomorrow.

Leigh - it's 4 weeks away :D should be getting my wedding dress in a week :D:D:D

I had a bad day yesterday Halebob, but shook it off and back on 100% today, hope you can do the same tomorrow :)
