Evening all, sorry so many of you are having toilet issues, I find slimmatee is good when I can't go, you get it from Holland and Barrett and it taste alright, just like any herbal tea really!
I don't fancy the salt laxative Jen, read up that link from the colonic thread- put me right off!
I've had another good day, although have just used my entire days syns on a peanut butter kit Kat..so worth it! Snuggled up in pjs catching up on holby while mike listens to football upstairs.
Seriously can't believe its only Tuesday, I'm beyond knackered and don't even know why! Had less time with the kids I look after but I suppose done loads more cleaning and barely sat down till now.
Major downside to the cleaning as well as the arctic temperature is my poor hands! Completely red, cracked, sore and scaly
just been to get a tub of Vaseline and I'm sat here all greasy and shiny lol, can't even use regular hand cream as it stings my hands when they are in this state. Hope the Vaseline smothering is worth it! What are you all up to this eve, except trying to poo/stop pooing?
