20 somethings

Oh Jess that looks amazing

Sammy, I may have bad news, for regionals you need to have a healthy range bmi (or a little above if it is Luke woman of the year).

I want woman of the year next year. Apparently it was really close and I have now lost more than our group woman of the year (so I shall steal her shiney! Mine!) I won't really steal it but I want it next year for sure. I may have to remove a limb to get into the healthy bmi range by then though! Yes, I am unhealthily competitive but I keep it under wraps at group too. I want all the shineys! My whole group is full of women like the woman you described, except it is cake and biscuits not JD. I love my old ladies.

Yeah they did!! SW have their own salon at head office where they massages and everything so their make up and hair team did everything! Was a manic weekend, arrived Friday night and had a drink in the bar and met the other finalists and consultants and then Saturday morning breakfast and hair and make up and then rushed off to meet Margaret the founder of SW and then press shoot with Jason manford where I told him I was '******* myself' haha and then had rehearsals of the awards and then hour to get ready then awards 7 till 1am! Then home Sunday morning! Was amazing!! Oh and last nights award ceremony, the new woman of the year was announced and Carole wright handed over her crown and shel be on daybreak in the morn for anyone interested! Xx

Oh no! Do you know what the maximum BMI is? I'm around 28 now (hopefully after tomorrows loss) and think the top end of healthy is around 25. xx

Ciara, sorry only just seen your post - Yes I will be applying again in a few years... I dont think I could handle it right now, I LOVE my volunteer work and I know teaching is the only thing I want to do... but my mental health isnt great right now, which is why I didnt go straight to PGCE after my undergrad like I planned to. Just taking baby steps at the moment and trying not to push myself too hard!

That's the best thing to do steph. I did a PGCE. And I just found it so so so draining in every way. It's a tough year. Happy where I'm at now though in my job. Your health is number 1!

Ooh yay it finally worked! went back a few pages and they finally showed up for me! No clue why they didnt before! Jess you looked stunning and the dress was gorgeous! Looked like a wonderful night! :) xx
 
Morning everyone! Back to work after my poorly spell today...SOOO tired this morning!! Went to OHs for I'm a celeb and x factor last night, and didnt end up going to bed til 11.30, I'm normally a right early to bedder!! Early night for me tonight!!

Hope you are all well today, and not as tired as me! OH is off to Manchester this morning til Friday night with work; I hate his job, from now until Easter there are about 4 weeks he doesn't have to work away for :-( rubbish!!

Anyway, here's to a good day, WI tomorrow night! Xxx

P.S. Jenna if you are about GOOD LUCK on your first day in your new job, although you won't need it!! Xxx
