20 somethings

That's me tucked at the back - doing my best to cover up all the bits I don't like!

Emily that room is gorgeous!! And I love the dresses.

Tata, she's right. I stressed over my OWN wedding dress. Ended up wearing spanx instead of nice underwear and I still wasn't happy but d'you know what? Everyone said I looked amazing and I really do think they meant it. I swear it looks a million times worse to you right now than it does to anyone else.

It's the bridal cottage at the venue - Upwaltham Barns near Chichester. It was a beautiful place!

The bride had slimmed to 8st 7lbs, her sister is a US size zero and the other two bridesmaids were size 10s so I felt like I should be sticking on a Viking hat and launching into opera I felt so huge. My own head ruined what should have been a lovely day.

I just checked n they only do weddings, you can't hire the cottage on its own - how annoying!

I'm back to 11st9 this morning so the same as weigh in so I've got 2 days to get it down further.

Not had time for a proper catch up but Emily, whether you felt good or not you looked so pretty as a bridesmaid and it sounds like you were the perfect bridesmaid too! I've got my eye on upwaltham for myself ;) beautiful place!

Will reply to others later from the laptop as I can't scroll back on my phone.

I sts this morning! It's an actual miracle! Hopefully my saintly mornings counteracted the synful afternoons sufficiently! Back on it and determined today!
I know I will be having a high syn day Saturday as although I'm cooking sw recipes for bro and sis in law, it will still be 11syns just for main and dessert (unless I use my hexa, which is a possibility, might make it a green day so I can still have my white coffee too) but there will also be wine so need to allow for that too. Excited to try the pudding- baileys chocolate mousse from the last mag (i think, if not the one before!) Yumyumyum!

Just had a roll for breakfast, no idea how many syns 'cause they don't come with packets or nutritional values, but they're so good. Will maybe text my old consultant and see if she knows. It'll prob be quite high but what can you do?

Where would we be without Spanx?! Seriously! Even when I was at my lowest weight years ago I needed them to give me a waist!

Well done, Scarlett! I have been eyeing up the Baileys Chocolate Mousse (I think it was the last mag with the lady in the purple dress on the cover) so you'll have to let me know how it goes.

Clare, a quick glimpse online says a basic crusty white roll is 10 syns. I bet the bread was totally worth it! I haven't had proper bread in ages.

Girls in work going to the shop for lunch. Baked potato & salad. From a shop that does chips & curry. I'm impressed. As an aside, how do you guys syn baked potatos?

The rolls we get aren't normal rolls, I'm sure it's a Scottish thing but they're crispy on top - difficult to explain! Text my consultant and she said between 6 and 7.5 syns 'cause they're different sizes. I had a medium one but I'll count 7 to be on the safe side.

Was planning to have a baked potato for dinner so no idea what to have now lol!

Fair enough! I thought maybe 2 to account for any oil that it was cooked in 'cause I know the mccains jackets are 1 because they've for sunflower oil involved somehow

Ach well, I've counted 2 and it'll either go for the potato or the cheese. Tried to estimate about a hexA amount but might have been a bit off.

Well girls I'm flabbergasted! Wi this morning puts me at 11st13.5lbs! That's 1.5lbs off this week! Not sure i believe them!

OMG what a lemon! Just seen this from last week which means I actually lost half a lb this week!! :bliss: thought I was 11st13 last week, served me right for weighing at 6.30am when I'm half asleep!!
