S'ok, we're making cocktails. WHOOPS. Thankfully I have had a LOT less than M&D. Dad's collapsed. But we have a new drink called Violent Blonde! 2 measures of Gin, 1 measures of Apricot Brandy, 2 measures of triple sec, 1/2 a measure of sugar syrup, shaken with crushed ice. I had to long my 1/4 of a glass I got with soda water because it was so strong.
 
Wow if I drank that I would be a very violent blonde indeed lol! Enjoy it hunny and happy new year! xx
 
Mum and dad had a cocktail glass full each and I had a little swish of it with a bit of soda water too. Mum made up a really lush one, again i just had a little pop of it but she forgot what she put in it again now.

Dad's now scoffing nuts and pretzels so I feel the need to hunt out the food we had earlier but really I just want **** loads of chocolate :/

I was sat here for ages wondering what i was craving (for once not chocolate) with my wine and so I'm having wheat free pizza as we speak! Got a cheese and tomato one from tesco and have added mushrooms and left over lamb from dinner... yum! Back on it 100% from tomorrow though. xx

Well I wasn't too bad last night, went over by 4 chocs and a glass of wine, so had around 30 syns in total! Deffo my most restrained NYE of my adult life, and 100% January starts today!!

Suprising the family was good especially when they kids came down from bed to see the fireworks and saw we were there :) also got to see and hold my new baby cousin yesterday shes so beautiful cant wait for my own! Didnt dribk much just had two vodka and diet cokes and a few shots of sourz, the rest will be saved for my birthday or summat
 
Girls - I'm going to start my c25k 3 times a week resolution TODAY!! I've decided to cancel my gym membership (I'm seriously rubbish at going!) and try to get into running properly at least 3x a week. Here goes!! X

The couch to 5k is really good. I stopped because of water gains and parents went away so there was no one to stay in when nate was asleep, then the floods hit and the fi eld I used has been a swamp since July. We have no pavements or streetlights here so it was the only suitable place. I did really enjoy it though.

Glad you all had a good new years. Weigh in tomorrow and I can't wait. Xmas, boxing day, having my nieces, birthday and new years, it was never going to be good. I'm tempted to look through the week planners in our magazines and see if I can't get m&d to agree to one of them. That should kick my butt back into gear.

Rather than 100%ING diet and exercise at the same time I'm doing 100% foodwise, the shopping pact with mum and my friend and sorting out my sleep in babysteps, because I'm getting about 5 or 6 hours and it is silly.

Sounds very restrained laura- think i was the opposite of restrained! I'm considering restarting couch25k, did it in 2011 and managed to do a charity 5k but didn't have the proper shoes and got a stress fracture, need to get properly fitted for running shoes then will start up again as I really enjoyed it.

Shame you don't have anywhere else to run fran, if all else fails get some running waders ;)

Aww Christie new baby cuddles are the best :) they should bottle the new baby skin smell!
 
They really should lol shes so tiny bless her, my oh gets broody when he watches me holding babies lol
 
Hi ladies! Just back from Zen, food was lovely, but I just couldn't eat it all; happens quite a lot now and I have to say it was a lovely feeling!!
Did have a couple of duck pancakes so going to allow my 15 syns and leave it at that. Was going to have a couple of chocolates tonight until I remembered my pledge to have a 100% January... I've my hex A left for the day so may have a jacket with beans and cheese for supper later to tide me over, or some homemade soup and a couple of baby bel minis. Probably the latter as not had much super free today. Hope you have all had lovely days and been as good as possible!!

Have also just downloaded the 30 day shred, anyone tried it/can tell me what to expect...going to watch it now before my run, get myself in the mood haha! Xx
 
Its painful for a few days if your really unfit but push through it and it gets alot easier, I definately recommend it and doing a full ten days of each level as some go to next level when they get bored after a few days but I think it works better when you do it properly, also after once or twice I just turn off the volume and put music on, definately makes it seem like its done quicker and definately measure before and if it helps measure at the end of each level as it will help motivate you to keep going when you see the inches going
