20 somethings

My body is pretty good with potatoes (which will help if you are out drinking). maybe new potatoes, grilled chicken booby and veg - carrots and broccoli are a favourite choice.

I got the OH to hide all the chocolate today. All my stuff is out the way and I have a fridge full of fruit and veg again! I tried samphire today for the first time and loved it. I also had a Quorn ginger, chilli and lime sticky fillet which was really good. They were on offer in Asda - good for when I forget to plan!

Sorry I've been pretty awol - I feel like I haven't stopped this holiday!
 
Well according to the scales this morning im already down 3.5lb from yesterday lol either was a very big shock to the system or I was storing junk lol
 
Haha found out yesterday the weights I was using when doing the shred before sw were 11lb each lol no wonder my arms got alot of definition quickly! Oops! Only supposed to use 3-5lb ones
 
I've been on sports direct website this morning, hoping that buying new gear will encourage me to actually use it and exercise when I get back to England!

11lb weights?! The Shred sounds hard enough without lifting more than you need to, Christie! I wish 3.5lb would just fall off me...

Ciara, I always get my sports gear online from either Get The Label or Sports Direct - huuuge discounts! I think it's a great idea. I bought new trainers and 3/4 length trousers, started going to the gym for an hour 2-3 times a week and lost half a stone in a month a couple of years ago. It's just sticking with it! Back to work on the 2nd so back to the gym for me.

I just had a really frustrating dream. I was wedding dress shopping and when I arrived they'd already put a big selection in the dressing room for me. I thought the woman would come in to help me change but she didn't. I was trying to get undressed and I was flicking through them but they were all either coloured or in a style that wouldn't suit me. Next thing someone knocks and I tell them to wait but they push in anyway - it's my mum. She's about to go somewhere and is just talking away, knocking dresses off the walls, asking me questions I've already given her the answers to. I finally spot a dress I like. I turn to change but when I turn back my mum has the dress on, accessorised with a big red stole, and is wandering off exploring. I get annoyed with her and am still trying to find a dress in a style that suits me. The shop lady starts calling to ask if I'm ready just as I spot a another dress I like. Then I woke up. I didn't get to see myself in any of the wedding dresses! So frustrating!!
 
Ladies I'm back and on the wagon!! Got my soup cooking away, had omelette and beans for breaky, and making sirloin steak, sw chips and paprika bns wedges for dinner, not planning on having a drink tonight but at most I will have a glass of wine xx

I would but its my birthday in two weeks so I know I will go over lol

Lidl are doing fitness stuff from Thursday so im gunna get some proper weights to use that wont make my arms feel like they are dropping off lol
 
I will join Laura, however probably not until the 7th hehe. That may sound like cheating but not back to England til then and its hard in my house in Ireland although I try my best!

But after then, I'm in! I'm off drink I decided too so that should make it easier.
