Wow everyone! Fabulous losses/minimising of gains this week!
I was away at the weekend, camping, and someone else was doing the food so I didn't have a lot of say. I took wholemeal rolls so I could swap out the white burger buns and count it as a HEB. I even pre-mixed vodka and Sprite Zero so I knew my maximum alcohol syns! Despite that and a full day of paintballing (which was bloody knackering!) I was still up another couple of lbs. I could've cried. Pissed off but not going to let it throw me off the rails.
My OH is away this week too and I'm finding it so much easier to stick to plan. I need to work really hard this week as I'm away next week with little control over my food. I'm on a training course at an Army base and staying and dining in the Officers' Mess. I'm going to take some Mullerlights and bagged up porridge oats with me to stick in the fridge for breakfast. I could live off Mugshots for lunches and potentially dinners but the meals are quite key socialising time and it might put people's noses out of joint if I don't partake. They do jacket potatoes at lunch so I could have those, but the cheese isn't measured, and dinner is always a bit of a mystery!
I've been working really hard this week. I have been doing an hour of Just Sweat on Just Dance every other day and the past two days have been solidly spent spring cleaning and decluttering the flat, so plenty of body magic! I've gone back to green and red days as I think I prefer the structure (and the extra HeB!) so hopefully I'll see some result on the home scales tomorrow. I think Aunt Flo is about to pay me a visit which may explain all the 'weight' gain lately. Fingers crossed it will disappear pretty sharpish!
