Would love to be hovering around goal by Christmas (need a 4stone loss) but sometime between now and then I'm expecting to have a hip replacement and will probably need to comply with consultant's advice re diet at that time! After my recovery, though, I fully intend to get back to Slim and Save and truck on to maybe even a few pounds lower than my present target - the knowledge that this diet is do-able for me, and the expectation of just being able to go for a d*mn good walk once again is the best motivation

20 weeks? That doesn't sound too bad, although I've just made my target and realised it would involve losing 2st 4lbs before Christmas. Maybe I'm getting ahead of the gun. Good luck with your goals girls!
