Yesterday menu was lovely i really enjoyed eating the stuff i ate and i think the 2 hourly eating really helped me not feeling hungry on a red day, so i have defo decided i will do more reds with greens
Today is green day and not got up so long ago but had lunch and hopefully trying the 2 hour rule today but not sure on green as i always feel comfy full.
13.30 - Lunch - asda carbonara pasta (3) sweetcorn, 52g mozzarella (1 + A)
16.00 - Snack - Mullerlight vanilla in dark chocolate
18.30 - Dinner - sw chips white and sweet potatos, peppers, mushrooms, 85g raw bacon (B), baked beans, egg
21.00 - Snack - Milk (A), hot chocolate (4), Hifi bar (B), sainsburys crisps (4.5)
