Sneaky peak on scales says sts boo let's hope for something tomorrow I am getting fed up of these only 0.5lb don't think I will be in the 13's for my bday on wed... Might just scrape in for my hols on 30th :(

Bloody hell a stone, I am all for decapitation now then if it loses me a stone!!

All updated everyone else, we are all doing really well, getting on for 15 stone!

Me too! Wonder of they'd do it on Nhs in order to combat obesity haha! X

I'm a big grump this morning, just 1lb for me this week (wish I'd not gone to Zumba again last night now). Will admit my water consumption not been good this week but that's all I can think of......
 
Think of next week :) and as you say a 1lb is a whole lbs! More xen?
 
A lb a week will still get you to target - this is not a sprint it is a Marathon! Go Lexie whoop whoop great loss.

It's all in the right direction. Add it to what you've got so far and it's over 40lbs! Be kind to yourself, you're getting much fitter. With all that exercise, sometimes you'll hold onto a little because it has become the lovely toned muscle, the smaller waist, or the slimmer hips.
