Monday.
B: Muller light, a banana and an orange.
L: Butternut, pepper and onion soup, wm roll (hexb) flora (1)
D: Pasta bolognaise (loads of super free in the sauce)
S:hifi (3)
Tuesday.
3am: Wm roll (6) ham, salad flora (.5)
B: wm toast (hexb) flora (1)
D: Chicken stuffed philedelphia (1/2 hexa) wrapped bacon, saute potatoes,carrots and brocolli.
Wednesday
B: McDonalds oat so simple (11)
L: Butternut soup, cup a pasta which i tried and hated!
D: SW scotch eggs (1/2hexb) salad, couscous.
