Saturday 4th January EE

2x weetabix (HEB) (plus an extra one to keep me going as in work and it's a while til my break 3 syns)

snack- half tin of Heinz spag hoops

I am so tired today after work!! I'm on a gap year in oz so I just waitress but for 9 hours on my feet in the day constantly running around kills me. I carry so much as well so my arms back and shoulder are aching, burn a hell of a lot of calories though! Plus side to things haha. I really want to tuck I to the comfort food, first time I've felt like this since Christmas binge even though I thought I didn't want to even look at stodge again. Having a cheesy pasta bake to make me feel better haha pasta is my go to comfort food thank god it's free!
 
Well today started brilliantly, good gym session. Ended up being a semi bad day, could have been terrible but I did remain in control just annoyed that I had to go off plan.

Had my menu all set, come home to Cook dinner and house mate has about 25 people over, couldn't even get to the fridge so we were forced to go out to eat. Chose wisely and had Chinese so wasn't as bad as a burger or fish and chips etc. had chilli beef with boiled rice so hopefully that's not too many syns need to look it up.


Sunday 5th jan 2014 EE

BREAKFAST
2 weetabix (HEB) soy milk (HEA) strawberries, pink lady apple

LUNCH wholemeal pasta, tuna, sweet corn (free) mayo (1syn) cucumber, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes
1/2 grapefruit
diet coke

DINNER was supposed to be yummy and SW friendly waaahhhhh but ended up at the Chinese :( could have been worse just annoyed because it's not as though I even wanted to dine out just basically got forced out. Boiled plain rice (free) chilli beef I've got no idea but it wasn't crispy or in batter so hopefully no more than 15.
 
Good gym session today I always feel so much better after exercise! It's my boyfriends birthday today...since we had to go out for tea last night he doesn't want to do anything and requested spag Bol for dinner perfect!!

Monday 6th January 2014 EE

Hiya! You should be safe with your choice :) Beef dishes seem to range from 5 -12 syns (beef in black bean sauce 5, beef, peppers, onions, water chestnuts 12) I can't imagine it was in the higher end....

I was quite surprised how low some of the chinese dishes are, I would normally choose curry for our takeaway in my pre SW days but will switch to Chinese now :)
 
Haha! Sounds nice... Its grey, wet, cold and windy here. I would be lucky to see the sun today let alone see it set! :D

behaving like a bottomless pit today I think!! Feel like I've eaten loads but it's all on plan. Gym was a lazy effort though, 30mins of cardio but not much else wooopsie

So tired today working in this heat is so draining, so is the fact that I decided to walk there and back!! Almost 3 mile round trip in 34c but it was along the beach path so I must not complain, before I know the only place I'll be walking is back in the north west UK in the rain. Waitressing for 5 hours so must have burnt enough calories for me to skip gym today :)

I would so love to swap places with you, the weather is really depressing here.

I will be at the seaside at the end of the month when we have our next weekend away. I don't picture it being quite the same! :D
 
Must admit tea was amazing!! Pots went well I love garlic.

just nipped out for milk....hot cross bun season is upon us. I did chant 'MUST NOT BUY HOT CROSS BUNS' to myself round the shop

Oh no! I have just got over breathing in the mince pie fumes when walking past the bakery department! If I had a choice I would live on hot cross buns :drool:
