Hey everyone, well done to all the losers, yay!
i had a bit of a bad week with a few binges, which I haven't done in months, I forgot how crap they make you feel after! I'm on my second day of five days of juicing which is going surprisingly well, I thought I'd feel really hungry and sick but it really hasn't been too bad! Since I'm doing this, I'm having a very antisocial weekend, hope everyone else has nicer plans!

I'm not really doing it for the weight loss side(although that would be great) but more just to give myself more energy and stop me eating rubbish. It's four juices a day for five days, which sounds like very little but I've not been any hungrier than I would be normally, plus I've been seeing definite improvements in my energy, which is making me feel more like exercising, which has to be a bonus

3.4lb loss thanks to gastroenteritis.
2 weeks back on track with a total of 5.6lb loss and stupidly gave in to hubby wanting pizza, garlic bread and ice cream delivery last night.
It was way too hot to have oven/hob on cooking so willpower gave in immediately. Got to be good rest of week, I want to carry on losing!
