That's still 5lbs lighter then you would have been if you hadn't been on the diet, I know that doesn't really help, but if you had of gone to holiday without the diet before, you would be in the 14 stone bracket now instead of 13 stone, that's a good thing right?
Thanks for updating Sammy.. we need to think of it as escapade said, had we not lost the weight to start with imagine how we would feel after the hols now?
We'll have a descent loss this week if we try. 1st weeks weight loss is normally quite good. Heres hoping. X

Hi - well done - not sure how much u've lost but seems ur back in the groove so that's great!! On my side of the fence - I'm having a big wobble - trying to get back on plan!
I've been doing quite well, although ate and drank a lot of crap over the weekend so I will be heavier than that now. I need to weigh in tomorrow for my diet bet ending and then I'm in Edinburgh the week after for a few days, so I will have to work hard to pull it back for the end of the month, I will see how I get on!
To anyone who is disheartened at not reaching goal-any loss is fab, the goals can be reset and new ones made. I think some people find weightloss pretty easy, but for most of it is very much done by taking the scenic route. I'd love to reach my goal by October but probably won't,but even a good dent in it is better than nothing
You're very right Autumn, much better to reach goal at a future time than to set an unrealistic goal and then give up because of disappointment.
